Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://nuemaliving.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Neoteric Trading LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate this Site and sell our products under the brand name "Nuema" ("Nuema"). All prices and transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is expressly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Operations and Tracking

Nuema utilizes a distributed US fulfillment network to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely. Depending on inventory location and routing, your order will ship via one of two methods:

  • Direct Shipping: Your order ships directly from our warehouse to the carrier. Tracking becomes available as soon as the package leaves our facility.
  • Hub Transfer (Zone Skipping): To accelerate transit, your order may first travel through our freight network to a regional hub. In this scenario, your tracking information will activate once the package is handed off to the local final-mile carrier.

Regardless of the routing method, all ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Timelines: Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Delivered within 2 to 7 business days after initial processing.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Handcrafted furnishings require rigorous production standards and involved production processes. The exact delivery window is specified on each product page prior to purchase. By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge and agree to the specialized fulfillment timeline disclosed on that product page.

Compliance & Order Updates

We operate in compliance with applicable FTC shipping regulations, including the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly in writing. You will then have the option to approve the revised delivery schedule or cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.

Address Changes & Rerouting

Because our dispatch process is highly automated, we cannot intercept or reroute packages once they leave our facility. If you need to modify your delivery address, you must do so directly through the carrier's tracking portal once final-mile tracking is active. For assistance, contact us at orders@nuemaliving.com before your order ships and we will help where possible.

Delivery Liability & Security

We are responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Once the carrier marks the order as delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for securing the package against weather conditions and theft. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for items compromised by environmental exposure or unauthorized removal after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

International Shipping

We offer global fulfillment. Transit times, shipping rates, and taxes are calculated dynamically at checkout. Unless your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis as indicated at checkout, we are not responsible for supplementary customs duties, import taxes, or processing delays caused by international border authorities. Any such duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the relevant authority or carrier.

Carriers, Rates, and Delivery Windows

  • Carriers: We partner with established freight carriers and specialized white-glove delivery providers worldwide.
  • Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is free for ready-to-ship items. Oversized furnishings, architecturally significant pieces, or deliveries to remote areas require specialized freight handling and will incur surcharges that are calculated and displayed prior to checkout.
  • Delivery Windows: Standard deliveries occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed until the package reaches the final-mile carrier.
