General Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date if you change your mind. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. If you have used the product but find it unsuitable, please contact us at orders@nuemaliving.com to discuss your options. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. All domestic shipping is provided at no charge to you. If your delivery is significantly delayed—more than 10 days beyond the expected delivery date—please contact us at orders@nuemaliving.com. We are committed to working with you to resolve any such issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or sustains damage during shipping, please reject the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged at the time of receipt. If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us immediately at orders@nuemaliving.com.
To allow us to assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, you must submit photographs of the item and all packaging, including all box surfaces. Claims submitted without packaging images cannot be evaluated. All reported incidents will be handled by our Incidents team within 30 days of the date the incident is reported. Products must be returned for inspection before any refund is issued.
Please note that the final approval or refusal of a replacement, refund, or return collection for defective or damaged items is solely at our discretion.
Return Costs and Procedures
We are pleased to offer free returns on all eligible domestic orders, whether the return is due to a product quality issue or a change in personal preference.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@nuemaliving.com. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for safely sending your items back to our warehouse. Do not ship items back before receiving these instructions, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Customer Responsibility
Items returned must be in pristine, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if original packaging has been lost, damaged, or disposed of.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you expressly request store credit instead. Depending on your card issuer or bank, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will communicate with you throughout this process to keep you informed. The final decision regarding refunds is solely at our discretion.
International Orders
We understand that international shipping presents unique challenges. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for orders shipped outside the United States. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: custom-made, made-to-order, used, installed, or assembled products once production or assembly has commenced. Please review all product specifications carefully before finalizing these purchases.
